Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Neon Comics and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: Sweepstakes begins February 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends February 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

How to Enter: To enter, complete the newsletter signup form and survey questionnaire available at https://neoncomicstx.com/pages/newsletter-signup. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on February 28, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winner will be announced on March 1, 2026.

Winner Notification: Winner will be notified via email and phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry within 48 hours of the drawing. Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize. If winner fails to respond within the specified time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.

Prize: Moon Knight #1 -CGC Graded 9.2. Prize must be claimed in person at Neon Comics located at 5115 S Business Hwy 281, Suite J, Edinburg,TX 78539 or winner may elect to have prize shipped. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is permitted.

General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Neon Comics, which are final and binding. Neon Comics reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Neon Comics' control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.

Limitations of Liability: Neon Comics is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries.
