Dr. Psycho has planted a "Dream Bomb" in Vanessa Kapatelis, hoping to be able to control someone close to Wonder Woman. When the "Dream Bomb" goes off, Vanessa believes she is Wonder Woman and is in battle with the Cheetah, not aware that she is actually dreaming.
